30-day return window

If you're not in love with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@simplekitchens.co with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Want a different size or color? Reach out and we'll help arrange the swap.

Final sale

Discounted items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
